Individual SGA awards are awarded to those who perform above and beyond the call of duty. These ribbons are awarded by some Officer's and High Command. Ocasionally if a member has shown exemplary service they will be promoted to the next rank grade.
Recruiting Recognition Ribbon
Awarded to a SternGuard who has Recruited 10 members that have passed their Recruit training program.

Awarded to a SternGuard who has Recruited 20 members that have passed their Recruit Training Program.
