Each clan member has the option to enter a signature which is a small comment that appears beneath every one of their posts, making it more personal to them.
At the moment the signature thing isnt working and we are attempting to fix it. The signature can also be used to paste images onto.
Individual SGA awards are awarded to those who perform above and beyond the call of duty. These ribbons are awarded by some Officers and High Command. Ocasionally if a member has shown exemplary service they will be promoted to the next rank grade.
Here are some examples of medal ribbons that would appear in your signature once you've earnt it. For example "Recruit 5 people to the clan that pass their basic training" and the emblem could look something like this...

For completing basic training

Becoming an officer
Becoming a Senior Officer
Becoming a Veteran Officer
Becoming a Supreme Officer
