As of now, the clan is a growing success
However, clan members must treat me with more respect and listen to orders when told online. I can comprehend this, as every single clan member has developed a certain friendship bond with me and may say things without thinking wrong.
From now on, this will not be the case. There will be no cursing in any party whatsoever in my presence towards any other SGA member- especially not towards me - in any case.
This lack of respect makes the clan look like any other clan, and this is not what I want, and I think I speak for all of us too. It will be comparable to a handful of 11 year olds In a Mw2 clan, where authority's level is 0, and respect's level, 0, and we know we're not that. Ask yourself, "What will make this clan different from the last one?". Then, you act.
When new members join a party for the first time, there will be no intimdation of any kind towards him/her, first impressions is key and shouldn't be much of a problem. They are greeted, introduced, and any questions asked will be answerd by myself, GBautista or Petrucci.
Meeting all these requirements will promote the clan in a somewhat large portion.
The correct atittude will make us win, socialise and most importantly have a better time.
It has also been put in the code of conduct thread, you are expected to add a salute when ever i enter a thread, as a sign of respect: /S/, or "S". If you do not chose to do this, then you are not a member of expectations.
Doing negative things explained above, will earn you a demotion/ ban.
